  1. General Terms
  • By booking with Vodo Mai Transfers, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  • These terms govern the use of our transportation services, including bookings, cancellations, and the conduct of passengers during transfers.
  1. Booking Policy
  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, email, or phone.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
  • Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer.
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Changes to Bookings
  • Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes requiring route modifications or additional services.
  1. Passenger Conduct
  • Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by the driver or staff.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and the use of illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle or property will result in additional charges.
  1. Luggage Policy
  • Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
  • Vodo Mai Transfers is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage.
  1. Liability
  • Vodo Mai Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure a safe journey, passengers travel at their own risk.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for the purpose of providing transportation services.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Vodo Mai Transfers shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  1. Complaints and Feedback
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the service date.
  • We value your feedback and strive to improve our services.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Fiji.
